Beazer Homes Acquires Land in Valencia, California
ATLANTA, September 24, 2013 – Beazer Homes USA, Inc. (NYSE: BZH) (www.beazer.com), one of the nation’s top 10 homebuilders, today announced its plans to build approximately 240 townhome and single family condominium units on its recently acquired land in Valencia’s River Village, within the City of Santa Clarita, in north Los Angeles County. As part of a master planned community, this village is located near a host of recreational, retail, education and entertainment options. These include five golf courses, theme parks, historical sites, award winning schools, hiking and biking trails and a 2,500 acre recreational lake.
