Lenders may elect to respond to your requests with non-binding proposals of the terms they would offer you, as well as their contact information. Beazer Homes also allows customers to request that Lenders pre-qualify them for home loans. Qualification for pre-approval does not constitute an offer to lend, a commitment for a loan, or a guarantee of specific rates or terms. If you, as a customer, choose to contact a Lender through the Mortgage Choice program, you authorize Beazer Homes to provide your name and contact information you provide to the Lender(s) you choose, along with your quote or pre-qualification request. You are responsible, however, to confirm credentials if you choose to contact the Lender.
Beazer Homes assumes no responsibility for any result or consequence related directly or indirectly to any action or inaction that customers take based on use of Mortgage Choice and the CompARE technology.
