HomeBuilder.com(TM), Part of the Homestore.Com(TM) Family of Web Sites, And Beazer Homes USA Enter into a National Agreement

DALLAS, June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Homestore.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: HOMS), the Internet's leading home and real estate network, has announced that HomeBuilder.com(TM), the most-trafficked new homes site on the Internet and part of the Homestore.com(TM) family of Web sites, has reached a national agreement with Beazer Homes USA (NYSE: BZH) (www.beazer.com), one of the nation's top ten single family home builders, to feature all of Beazer Homes' 250 communities on HomeBuilder.com(TM).

Under the agreement, HomeBuilder.com(TM) will display all new home inventory for Beazer properties, including pricing, floor plans, elevations, and driving instructions, located in more than 30 markets across the country. Interested home shoppers will also be able to request additional information directly from Beazer sales representatives by using an automated e-mail response system while viewing Beazer's homes on HomeBuilder.com(TM).

Beazer Homes USA, according to Builder Magazine, ranks seventh in the nation in total single family closings, with more than 7,800 closings and $1.4 billion in gross revenues for 1999. The Atlanta-based builder operates in more than 30 markets in 13 states in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Central and Southwest regions of the United States.
