Beazer Homes breaks ground on new development in City of Goose Creek
Charleston, S.C. – Beazer Homes has broken ground on its latest development in the City of Goose Creek, S.C. The community, Avalon Point, will produce 142 new U.S. Department of Energy certified Zero Energy Ready Homes™. This development will feature both townhomes and single-family homes.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by key officials from the City of Goose Creek and representatives from Beazer Homes, including Charleston Division President Greg Coffey. “It is important for us to thank the city officials that make this project possible,” said Coffey. “With their partnership, we are extending access to the most energy-efficient homes Beazer builds to current and future residents of the Red Bank District.”

The community layout and concept amenities were unveiled during the ceremony, showcasing the future development's commitment to quality and innovation.
