Item 8.01. Other Events.

On August 29, 2019, Beazer Homes USA, Inc. issued a notice of redemption to redeem $23.6 million in aggregate principal amount of its 7.250% Senior Notes due 2023 (the “2023 Notes”), representing all of the outstanding 2023 Notes, on September 30, 2019. The redemption is being made pursuant to the terms of the indenture, dated as of February 1, 2013, among Beazer Homes USA, Inc., the subsidiary guarantors named on Schedule I thereto, and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, at a redemption price of 102.417% plus accrued interest to the date of redemption.
