The offering will be made to an initial purchaser pursuant to a private placement. Beazer Homes Announces $50 Million Senior Notes Offering

 

ATLANTA, July 15, 2005 - Beazer Homes USA, Inc. (NYSE: BZH) (www.beazer.com) today announced an offering of $50,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.875% Senior Notes due 2015. The notes are being sold as an add-on to the company’s existing $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.875% Senior Notes due 2015. The offering will be made to an initial purchaser pursuant to a private placement. The initial purchaser has informed Beazer Homes that it will sell or offer the notes within the United States to qualified institutional buyers in accordance with Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933. The offering proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
