today announced that David Goldberg, one of Wall Street’s leading
housing analysts, will be joining the Company as Vice President and
Treasurer. In this position he will report to Robert Salomon, Executive
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and will assume primary
responsibility for the Company's cash management, capital markets
transactions, land banking arrangements and shareholder relations.

with UBS Securities. Prior to his time at UBS, he worked for Convergent
Wealth Advisors, a wealth management firm. Goldberg earned his MBA from
Columbia University. Additionally, he holds a BS in Business
Administration from American University in Washington, D.C.
